Harnessing AI to Accelerate the Energy Transition
It is increasingly clear that speeding up the transition to a low-carbon economy is not only essential but urgent, and the energy sector is at the heart of this challenge. This white paper comes at a critical moment.
The first instalment of the IPCC’s sixth Assessment Report issued in August 2021 and increasingly visible signs of a changing climate over recent years, including heat waves, floods and fires, have focused the minds of policymakers, corporates and investors alike

2021 GLOBAL STATUS REPORT FOR BUILDINGS AND CONSTRUCTION
As highlighted by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) last month, humanity’s continued dependence on fossil fuels is warming the world.
The consequences – such as droughts, wildfires and floods – are already affecting everyone and will only intensify without urgent action to reduce emissions. The buildings and construction sector is ripe for such action, as the Buildings Global Status Report shows

2022 GLOBAL STATUS REPORT FOR BUILDINGS AND CONSTRUCTION
The warnings issued by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) about the consequences of climate change are no longer warnings. They are reality. In 2022, we saw heatwaves across the globe. We saw wildfires that destroyed forests, homes, and lives.
We saw droughts that are threatening the food security of millions of people. If we do not rapidly cut emissions in line with the Paris Agreement, we will be in deeper trouble.
